I work with people to achieve all types of running or hiking related goals. Whether that’s a race, an adventure or to simply find a balanced way to include running in your life, get in touch to find out more. 

Whatever goal inspires you, we can work towards it together. From 5k to 100miles, fun local challenges or just keeping injury free and active.

Premium Plan – $150CAD/month

A fully customized training plan that can include running (or hiking), strength and cross-training. Unlimited adjustments and text + email support for any on the go questions. We’ll also chat once every week or so to check in with how you’re going and answer any questions. I use the Training Peaks platform and pro membership is included in your coaching fee (~$10USD value). 

Thru-hike, Fastpack or Hiking Planning + Advice – $80 per hour call

Don’t need a full training plan but want to some advice on your next big adventure? We can talk through training, logistics, gear lists, food, pacing, mindset, route planning and more! To get the most out of our time I may require you to do some pre-work such as provide a detailed gear list like this one

Lactate Testing – Coming Soon

Lactate testing is a way to accurately assess your running pace and HR zones, allowing you to dial in your effort when training at different intensities.
